A short description of the situation, the outcome you are hoping for, any deadlines you are working towards, and whether there is an existing team or system involved. Attachments are welcome; a two-paragraph summary is enough to begin a useful conversation.

For general business enquiries, please introduce the organisation, the nature of the potential work, and whether you are gathering information or already looking for a partner to begin. We reply to all serious enquiries.

For a specific project, please describe the users, the operational context, any current tooling, and the constraints that will shape the work — regulatory, budgetary, or temporal. This allows the first conversation to focus on substance.
